These general conditions govern the relationship between Trifany Bridal Boutique and our customers. By purchasing from us, either in-store or online, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Sales Terms
Product Availability: All gowns, accessories, and other products are subject to availability. We will notify you if an item becomes unavailable after placing an order, and where possible, offer an alternative or refund.
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Once an order is confirmed, the price at the time of purchase is final and will not be affected by any future price changes.
Currency and Taxes: All prices are listed in the local currency, and taxes (such as VAT) are included unless otherwise stated.
2. Custom Orders and Special Requests
Custom Orders: Bridal gowns made to measure or custom-designed require specific measurements and custom tailoring. All custom orders are final, and no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted after the 24-hour cancellation window.
Measurements: Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements for custom gowns. Any alterations required due to incorrect measurements are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Appointments and Consultations
Appointment Scheduling: Brides are encouraged to book appointments in advance for personal consultations, fittings, and gown viewings. We may not always be able to accommodate walk-ins.
Appointment Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.
Fittings and Alterations: Multiple fittings may be required to achieve the perfect fit. Fitting schedules will be communicated clearly, and brides must adhere to the appointments.
4. Payments and Deposits
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
Deposits: For custom bridal gowns and high-value orders, a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% is required at the time of placing the order. The balance is due before the gown is delivered or upon the final fitting.
Late Payments: Any late payments may result in delays in receiving the gown or accessories, and we reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for online or long-distance orders are the responsibility of the customer and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery dates for custom gowns, accessories, and other items will be provided at the time of order. While we strive to meet these dates, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to factors outside our control (e.g., shipping delays, customs clearance).
International Orders: Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Final Sale Policy: All wedding gowns, custom orders, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Accessories can be returned within 7 days of purchase under the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
Damaged or Defective Items: Customers must inspect items immediately upon receipt. Any defects must be reported within 48 hours, and we will offer repairs or replacements as necessary.
7. Alterations and Modifications
In-House Alterations: We offer professional in-house alterations to ensure the perfect fit for your gown. Alteration fees are separate from the gown purchase and will be quoted based on the extent of modifications required.
Third-Party Alterations: If a customer chooses to have alterations done by a third party, we are not responsible for the outcome or any damages caused during the alteration process.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal Information: Any personal information provided to us, including contact details and measurements, will be used solely for the purpose of completing your order and providing services. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.
Data Security: We take reasonable steps to protect the privacy of your data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Liability and Indemnity
Liability for Damages: Tryfani Bridal Boutique is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from improper use of our products, alterations performed outside our store, or unforeseeable events.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Right to Modify: We reserve the right to modify these General Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the date of modification.
